The University of Hartford is pleased to announce the following students have been named to the Dean's List for Spring 2019.

A total of 11,406 students enrolled during the 2019 spring term at The University of Alabama were named to the Dean's List with an academic record of 3.5 or above or the President's List with an academic record of 4.0 (all A's). The UA Dean's and President's lists recognize full-time undergraduate students. The lists do not apply to graduate students or to undergraduate students who take less than a full course load.

Graduate students from Miami University's Project Dragonfly will travel to Australia, Thailand, Baja, Belize, Borneo, India, Kenya, Hawai'i, Paraguay and Namibia, where they will engage in action projects on vital human and ecological issues.

Mount St. Joseph University's Excellence in Leadership Award is open to all students who demonstrate leadership, character, and service in organizations on campus and/or in the community. During the 2019 Celebration of Teaching and Learning, several students were recognized for participating in multiple organizations across campus and beyond.

Several students from Mount St. Joseph University were recognized for Academic Achievement at the 2019 Celebration of Teaching and Learning held in April. The Academic Achievement Awards are presented to full-time students who have completed at least 29 semester hours at the Mount while maintaining a 4.0 cumulative grade point average.

Numerous Mount St. Joseph University student-athletes were inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma, an honorary college athletic society which recognizes high academic achievement, exemplary character, and positive attitude in sport letter winners at the collegiate level. Inductees into Chi Alpha Sigma exhibit hard work and success both in the classroom and on the field. They have received a varsity letter in their sport, achieved junior academic standing or higher after their fifth full-time semester, and earned a 3.4 or higher cumulative grade point average. These students were honored during the Mount's 2019 Celebration of Teaching and Learning, held this past April.

The University of Findlay's Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble recently performed "Through the Narrow Gate - The Road to Salvation" for their annual spring concert.

Cedarville University Student Named to Dean's Honor List

Ohio Dominican University officially welcomed more than 230 graduates into its alumni family during the University's 111th Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 11, 2019. Graduates were joined by hundreds of family and friends in Alumni Hall. Sr. Margaret Ormond, OP, president of the Dominican Academy and former prioress of the Dominican Sisters of Peace, ODU's founding congregation, delivered the keynote address.

Ohio Dominican University has named more than 330 students to its Spring Semester 2019 Dean's List. In order to make the Dean's List, full-time undergraduate students must have achieved a 3.5 GPA or better after taking a minimum of 12 credit hours.
